3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before withdrawing, make sure your account identity verification is complete. Winnings earned from bonuses require wagering conditions to be met before withdrawal (see Section 5 for details). If unusual withdrawal patterns are detected, p999 may request additional verification.

3.4 Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt at chargebacks, fake payments, or fraudulent transactions will result in the relevant account being closed immediately, and applicable legal action may be taken. p999 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward such activity.

New users on p999 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳62,000.

4.2 General Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus only once.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits through multiple accounts will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be directly transferred to another person.
• p999 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• p999 may withdraw a bonus if the conditions for receiving it are not met.

4.3 Other Promotions

From time to time, p999 may offer various promotional offers. Each of these offers will have its own specific terms, which will be stated in the offer description. Participating in any promotion means agreeing to the specific terms of that promotion.

p999's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. These tiers are determined based on your activity on the platform.

• Bronze tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit. New and regularly active members are in this tier.
• Silver tier: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback benefit. You can be promoted to this tier by showing more activity.
• Gold tier: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback benefit. p999's most regular and engaged members reach this highest tier.

Cashback is automatically added to your account each week. p999 retains full discretion over decisions regarding changes to VIP tier status.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on p999. Violating these prohibitions will result in the account being closed immediately and all funds in the account may be forfeited:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Following artificial betting strategies to abuse the bonus system
• Attempting to access another user's account
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's software
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person
• Placing bets or managing an account through a third party
• Accessing the platform using any automated software, bot, or script

p999 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, inform the relevant authorities.

7.1 Fair Play Policy

7.2 Bet Cancellation & Disputes

12.1 If Part of the Terms Becomes Unenforceable

If any part of these Terms is found to be legally invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect. The invalidation of any one clause will not affect the Terms as a whole.

12.2 Completeness of the Terms

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between p999 and you, and replace any prior oral or written understandings. Verbal statements made by any p999 employee or representative cannot alter these written Terms.
